Trade Parts Competition Terms & Conditions October 2019

The promoter is: FP Smith Holdings Ltd (company no. 00525093) whose registered office is at Sturrock Way, Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 8YL.
The winning entry will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
Closing date for entry will be 30th November 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be notified by 6pm 20th December 2019.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or redeemed.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the prize offered to one of a similar value where the original prize is no longer available.
Account credit will be added to the winner’s account and must be spent before 31^st January 2020. After this date any remaining credit will be forfeited.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: The Group Marketing Manager, Smiths Motor Group, Sturrock Way, Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 8YL.

Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow.

Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.

In the event of disputes we are unable to resolve the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) National Conciliation Service will offer free impartial advice and when appropriate an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service that we are fully committed to.
