Renault’s Scenic E-Tech Electric has made the finals for Car of the Year 2024.
This fifth-generation model is the latest addition to the Renault electric family, featuring an all-electric powertrain that shows the brand’s commitment towards electric mobility.
The electrified Scenic is one of the seven vehicles to reach the final of this prestigious award and now joins other Renault motors, the Austral and Megane E-Tech, who earned their nominations back in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
A panel of fifty-nine journalists evaluated twenty-eight models to determine the finalists, and the announcement of the winner is scheduled for the end of February during the Geneva International Motor Show. If the fifth-generation model secures the title of Car of the Year, it would follow in the footsteps of its first-generation counterpart which earnt the award back in 1997.
The latest Scenic model transforms C-segment cars designed for families by offering a fully-electric vehicle that seamlessly caters to their requirements, be it for daily commuting, extended journeys, weekend outings, or vacations.
For more than a decade, Renault has been dedicated to democratising electric mobility, ensuring its accessibility to everyone. The Scenic E-Tech seamlessly aligns with the brand’s strategic plan as a sustainably designed electric car equipped with practical and intuitive technology.
