X-Trail Wins Family Car Of The Year at News UK Awards

The Nissan X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE was awarded the title of News UK Family Car of the Year by The Sun, The Sunday Times and driving.co.uk in the News UK motoring awards. The X-Trail has been a popular choice for families since its introduction in 2001, with over 7.8 million units sold globally. The latest version of the X-Trail, which is the fourth generation, is equipped with advanced technology and adventure features.

The X-Trail is an electrified family adventure vehicle that was added to Nissan’s lineup in 2022 and has been well-received since. It comes with 85-degree rear opening doors, in-built rear sunshades, USB ports in the second row, up to 585L of boot space, and plenty of clever storage options. The optional third row provides drivers with the flexibility to choose the most suitable version for their requirements while still offering X-Trail’s signature rugged yet refined style.

The electric motor exclusively powers the wheels to offer a smooth and quiet drive with enhanced efficiency and reassurance. The combination of e-4ORCE and e-POWER delivers an advanced alternative powertrain with excellent off-road and towing capabilities. The X-Trail comes equipped with technologies like ProPILOT Assist with Navi-Link, 35" of internal displays, and an Around View Monitor with moving object detection, making it a capable yet sophisticated model that represents an excellent proposition to families and adventure seekers alike.
