Corsa Named Carbuyer's Best Used Small Car

For the second consecutive year, the Vauxhall Corsa has clinched the ‘Best Used Small Car’ award at the Carbuyer Best Used Car Awards.

The Carbuyer’s expert team assessed all the Best Used Car Awards nominees based on several key performance indicators. The Corsa was lauded for its practicality, economical operation, and enjoyable driving experience.

Currently, the Vauxhall Corsa holds the title of the UK’s top-selling supermini and was the best-selling car in the UK in 2021. The model marked its 40th anniversary last year, with over 2.8 million units sold since the debut of the first Corsa (known as Nova in the UK) in 1982.

The latest Corsa model offers two fully electric powertrain options in addition to highly efficient petrol engines. The Corsa Electric is equipped with a 50kWh battery and a 136PS electric motor, offering a range of up to 222 miles (WLTP). The Corsa Electric Long Range, on the other hand, boasts a next-generation 51kWh battery and a 156PS electric motor, extending the range to 246 miles (WLTP).
