Vauxhall Scoops its Third Award of 2018 Thanks to the Zafira Tourer

The Vauxhall Zafira Tourer has picked up the ‘Best MPV Award for less than £20,000’ at the 2018 What Car? Car of the Year Awards. The variant which secured the award was the 1.4-litre 140PS Turbo design.

What Car? Editor, Steve Huntingford commented on how “The Zafira Tourer is spacious and offers staggering value-for-money.” He continued to discuss that “It is better to drive than its key rivals and gets a five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.”

The Zafira Tourer offers impressive versatility, comfort, and connectivity allowing drivers to make the car their own. The car’s most popular audience has been families and with Vauxhall’s Flex7 seating system, drivers can outline the balance of seating, comfort, and storage for wherever their destination may be.

Stuart Harris, Vauxhall’s Head of Carline Brand said “We’re delighted the Zafira Tourer has been recognised by What Car?. The Zafira Tourer is a very strong competitor in the MPV segment and the award highlights this. The Zafira Tourer’s position is reinforced as roomy, safe, well-equipped and affordable.”

After the New insignia was recognised at the Company Car Today and the 4x4 magazine awards in January, this accolade means it is Vauxhall third award of 2018.
