We will also contact you if your vehicle needs any additional work doing whilst it is in with us, so you can give us authorisation.

OUR HISTORY

Smiths has been continuously representing the Renault brand since 1975. The dealership which was originally based on Newark Avenue and moved to Bretton Way in November 1978 to sit alongside the Vauxhall dealership. With Smiths Renault moving into its new home it could offer a much more modern experience to customers. Due to Renault’s expanding range and services growing, the showroom was enlarged in 1997, including construction of a dedicated used car centre with space to display 70 cars was created.

Today, Smiths Renault home is a modern and spacious showroom offering all the services you would expect for a main dealer. Smiths has become one of the most successful Renault dealerships in the country, winning multiple awards for excellent customer service, including the Renault Dealer of Excellence for 3 years running.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
