As a vehicle built for families, it is important that utmost flexibility can be achieved with the Combo Life. It is available in a choice of two lengths - 4.41 metres (L1) or 4.76 metres (L2), with the former option comfortably accommodating five people and the latter allowing space for up to seven. Extra flexibility is made possible thanks to three individual seats in the second row.
The redesigned front end features the striking Vauxhall Vizor, seamlessly extending into the LED headlights with the Vauxhall Griffin logo sitting proud and centre. For the first time ever, the Combo now comes with the adaptive, glare- IntelliLux LED® Matrix light. Passengers can also enjoy the best views with the panoramic roof which offers electrically activated sun protection.
Twin sliding rear doors make Combo Life a dream for busy families and outdoor adventures. It is safe and easy to get in and out of the rear cabin, especially in tight parking spaces.

Whether planning a family trip or a large purchase, the Combo Life’s versatile storage space makes it the perfect travel companion. Passengers have up to 27 storage options to choose from, offering plenty of space for their belongings.
This new shuttle vehicle can carry between 775 (L1) and 4,000 litres (L2; up to the roof) of load volume, depending on the seating configuration desired. The distinct access option to the cargo area through the separately opening window in the tailgate, along with horizontally foldable passenger seat backrests, proves highly practical during vehicle loading.
Now with the inclusion of new technologies, the driving and travelling experience of the Combo Life is even more comfortable and connected. The ergonomic cockpit provides technologies such as the fully digital 10-inch information display that can deliver all important information, including from the navigation system. For the battery-electric variants, this system can also provide information on energy consumption and charging.
The 10-inch colour touchscreens use the integrated Cockpit platform that enables features such as state-of-the-art graphics, multimedia and computer vision functions. Important functions can also be accessed via the “Hey Vauxhall” natural voice recognition. Any compatible smartphones can additionally connect to the vehicles multimedia systems using Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and can be charged wirelessly.
Safety is a top priority for Vauxhall, and the Combo Life is no exception to that. The newest model offers up to 18 state-of-the-art driver assistance systems, with highlights including Adaptive Cruise Control with stop & go function as well and a high-resolution 180-degree rear-view mirror. Full LED headlights are also great for night driving, providing the driver with clear visibility.
Risk of slippery surfaces such as snow or sand is minimised thanks to the Intelli-Grip with hill descent control, and sensors at the front and rear combined with flank guard and blind spot warning allow safe manoeuvring. Additional features include Driver Attention Alert, Lane Keep Assist and Forward Collision Alert with Emergency Braking.
With a choice of Eco, Normal and Power driving modes, the Combo Life Electric can now go up to 205 miles on a single charge – 31 miles more than the previous model.
The vehicle remains ever-practical with the underfloor location of the Combo’s 52kWh (50kWh useable) battery providing ample space in both passenger and luggage compartments.
To ensure a particularly energy-efficient driving experience, the Combo Life Electric also includes a regenerative braking system, a fully electric drivetrain and a highly efficient heat pump that helps to conserve battery range in lows temperatures.
With an 11 kW (AC) on-board charger and 100kW (DC) capability, the battery can be recharged to 80 per cent of its capacity in around 30 minutes at a 100kW public charging station.
