    Powertrains to Suit How You Drive

    New Vauxhall Grandland Plug-in Hybrid
    New Grandland offers the choice of petrol, diesel, or plug-in hybrid powertrains. Petrol power comes from a 1.2 Turbocharged engine with 130 PS, while the turbo-diesel option is 1.5-litres which also produces 130 PS of power. Both the petrol and diesel engines offer manual or automatic gearbox options. The plug-in hybrid option offers a combination of a 1.6-litre petrol engine and electric power to give you the best of both worlds. With 225 PS of power available, it is also the most powerful Grandland option. The car can travel up to 39 miles using just electric power (WLTP - EAER), at which point Grandland becomes a self-charging hybrid, choosing the most efficient mode of operation.

    New Grandland offers the choice of petrol, diesel, or plug-in hybrid powertrains. Petrol power comes from a 1.2 Turbocharged engine with 130 PS, while the turbo-diesel option is 1.5-litres which also produces 130 PS of power. Both the petrol and diesel engines offer manual or automatic gearbox options. Charging the Grandland Hybrid-e is simple, either at home or when you’re out and about. The standard 3.7kW on-board charger allows you to charge at any standard EV charger whether that’s a home wall box or a public charging point. If you need to charge faster, you can upgrade to a 7.4kW which will allow the battery to be fully recharged in under two hours.
