Once reserved we will hold the vehicle for you for 24 hours from the time your payment is successfully processed. A member of our team will attempt to contact you during this time to confirm the next steps with you. If we are unable to contact you during this time, the vehicle will be returned to sale and we will refund your reservation fee. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 days.
If you’ve just paid a reservation fee, but not taken delivery of the vehicle, simply let us know you no longer want it and we’ll refund your reservation fee. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 days.
We use the secured verified payment provider Stripe which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. Stripe handles billions of pounds worth of transactions each and every year and is used by many well known organisation including Fitbit, Asos, Booking.com, and Amazon, so you can rest assured you're in good hands. Yes, we offer a variety of different finance types to help spread the cost of your next car. Our team will be able to offer more information to help you decide which is the right route for you.
For used cars, our website includes a finance calculator on each vehicle that allows you to adjust your deposit, length of agreement, etc. so you can see what it would cost you per month. You’re also able to apply for finance through the website.
For new cars, our team can produce a personalised quote for you, just ask them when they get in touch.
If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase once receiving your finance quotation, we'll refund your reservation fee, no questions asked.
Whether or not you're eligible for finance will depend on a few factors, such as; your age, employment status, financial situation and affordability. If you're not aware of your current credit score we would recommend checking it prior to making an application with a soft credit checker such as Motor Credit Check on our website
Checking your score with a soft checker is free, doesn’t commit you to anything, and won’t negatively affect your credit score, but will give you an idea of what creditors will see when they look at your profile. You'll find a link to carry out a check on the detail page for each car.
We work with a range of lenders to be able to offer finance to as many people as possible. If one of our primary lenders declines your application, which can happen for a variety of reasons, our team will talk you through the other options available.

Yes. We want to make the process of buying your next car is as simple as possible, and part-exchanging your current car is the best way to do this - Simply hand us the keys to your old car when you're picking up your new one.
Simply let the our team know the details of your part-exchange and we'll provide you with a valuation. If you're not happy with the amount we offer you, you can cancel your reservation and we will refund you the reservation fee, no questions asked.

This isn’t a problem, but we will need to settle the outstanding balance as part of the process. If your car is worth more than the outstanding balance of your current finance agreement, you can use this difference towards you cost of your next car. If you owe more than the car is worth, we’ll discuss your options with you.
In these situations you’ll be eligible for cashback, which will be paid directly into your bank account. The details for doing this will be arranged with you as part of the buying process.
