The tapering headlights impart a sharp appearance to the car. A black strip running between them contributes to a more streamlined front end, while also creating the illusion of width. This black strip mirrors the lower body-colored strip, with the mirrored effect also visible in the pattern of the strips.
Enhancing its aesthetic appeal, Symbioz showcases expansive 19-inch wheels across its techno esprit Alpine and iconic esprit Alpine models. The precisely outlined lines produce a dynamic visual illusion, giving the impression of motion even when the vehicle is at rest.

The dashboard structure of the Symbioz boasts varying finishes across its different versions. The techno variant is adorned with a special soft-touch paint, while the techno esprit Alpine and iconic esprit Alpine versions showcase a striking blue gradient pattern. Meanwhile, the esprit Alpine versions feature a sporty high-tech fabric on the lower part of the fascia. Distinct upholstery further distinguishes the top two trim levels, catering to specific customer profiles. In the techno version, seats are upholstered in a thick fabric with subtle embroidered logos, highlighted by yellow top-stitching and yellow and grey piping. On esprit Alpine versions, design cues include blue top-stitching and embossed TEP side panels, complemented by seat cushions and backrests upholstered in the same sporty high-tech fabric as the inner door panels and dashboard.

Exceptionally Modular​

Symbioz is exceptionally modular, perfect for families. The rear bench is engineered to slide over 16 cm, providing rear passengers with 221 mm of knee room while still preserving a generous boot capacity of 492 litres in this setup. When the rear seats are unoccupied by adults, the bench slides forward, expanding the boot capacity to 624 litres, and up to 1,582 litres when the rear seats are fully folded (60:40). Featuring a lipless design, the boot facilitates easy access to the flat floor, accommodating even the bulkiest items effortlessly—a highly desirable configuration for a family-oriented model. Moreover, Symbioz boasts 24.7 litres of cabin storage space, including a substantial 7 litres within the glovebox alone.

OpenR Link leverages intelligent Google functions to provide relevant navigation and ambiance suggestions tailored to the driver's habits. Introduced with the Megane E-Tech electric, OpenR Link sets the standard and supports wireless connectivity through Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Its central 10.4-inch vertical touchscreen offers access to a wide array of content and services, while a second 10.3-inch screen displays driving information. With seamless usability, extensive connectivity, and regular updates, OpenR Link ensures an intuitive smartphone-like experience. Additionally, it grants access to over 50 apps, including Google services like Maps and Assistant, as well as others like Waze, Amazon Music, and Vivaldi, sourced from the Google Play catalog. Renault extends its offerings with exclusive connected services developed through partnerships with various content creators and developers.

E-Tech Full Hybrid Powertrain

Renault Symbioz employs the efficient E-Tech hybrid 145 powertrain, seamlessly blending electric and combustion power for optimal performance. Utilizing over 150 patents and Formula 1 expertise, it maximizes fuel efficiency through fourteen operational modes. Starting in electric mode and transitioning to combustion on highways, it achieves a WLTP cycle rating of 4.6 litres/100 km*. Continuous optimization and the 'E-Save' function maintain battery charge, enhancing uphill performance. Predictive hybrid driving further minimizes fuel consumption by prioritizing electric power based on terrain and traffic data. A detailed driving summary is available for reference, offering insights into consumption and electric driving distance.

Driver Assistance & Safety

Launched in 2023, Renault's Human First Program aims to enhance global road safety through advanced technology. Symbioz epitomizes this commitment with top-tier passive and active safety features, including six airbags and up to 24 new-generation driver aids. The Active Driver Assist system, upgraded to level 2 autonomous driving, extends beyond motorways, integrating adaptive cruise control, lane centring assist, and traffic sign recognition for a smarter driving experience. Additional features like traffic sign recognition and Rear Automatic Emergency Braking enhance safety, while the Safety Coach function provides personalized driving advice.
