We prepare our used cars to a very high standard and we want you to be completely satisfied with the vehicle you've bought. If you're not totally happy and decide the car's not for you, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our terms and conditions (see below).
We’ve combined the convenience of buying online with the personalised service you can only get when dealing with a real person.
1. Find Your Perfect Car. Search our current used cars to find the perfect one for you. Once you’ve chosen, simply ‘Reserve Online’ and you’re on your way.
2. Enter Your Details & Pay Securely. Enter your name, address, and contact details, along with your payment card information, and will process your fully-refundable £99 reservation fee using our secure payment processor Stripe, for total peace-of-mind.
3. We’ll Be in Touch. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your reservation, go through the next steps, and answer any questions you might have. We’ll provide a price for your part-exchange if you have one and discuss finance options if you’re looking to spread the cost. We’ll then arrange collection from our dealership or delivery to you.

Terms & Conditions
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all used, ex-demonstrator, and pre-registered cars ordered and delivered from Smiths Motor Group dealerships between 8th January 2021 and 11th April 2021.
A car can be returned to the dealership it was purchased from by notifying us within 14 days of delivery/collection for a full refund (and cancellation of any finance arranged through us). This is provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition with all keys, manuals etc. and been driven no more than 250 miles since collection/delivery. We cannot accept returns where the vehicle has been modified since its collection/delivery.
The customer is responsible for arranging for the vehicle to be returned to the dealership and for any costs incurred for doing this. The vehicle must be returned within three days of the customer notifying us of their wish to return the vehicle. The customer will also be responsible for any interest charged by a lender for the period any finance agreement was in place, as well any additional costs the customer incurs, including but not limited to administration fees charged by insurance companies and road fund licence.
If the V5C has not yet been received by the customer and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until such time as the original V5 is provided, or the dealership is able to submit the registered keeper change online.
If it is feasible, we will return any part-exchange to the customer, no liability for the condition of the part-exchange will be accepted. Where a part-exchange has been prepared for sale, we reserve the right to charge for the work that has been carried out. Where a part-exchange is no longer available and cannot be returned, or the customer chooses not to re-take possession of their part-exchange, we will pay the customer the agreed valuation for it.
Refunds will be processed through the same method as payment was made and may take up to 14 days.
This offer may be withdrawn without notice. The customer's statutory rights are unaffected.
