Hyundai Honored as 2025 EV Brand of the Year by Electrifying.com

Hyundai’s leadership in electrification has been recognised once again, as the brand has been named EV Brand of the Year at the 2025 Electrifying.com Awards. This accolade adds to a year of significant achievements for Hyundai, with its innovative electric vehicle lineup receiving numerous prestigious awards.

Since its launch four years ago, Electrifying.com has become one of the UK’s premier automotive buying guides. Its annual awards celebrate the electric vehicles and innovations that stand out in this rapidly evolving market. Hyundai’s recognition as EV Brand of the Year highlights the quality and versatility of its models, with judges commending the extensive range available.

Hyundai’s current EV lineup includes several award-winning models. The Hyundai IONIQ 5 made a remarkable debut in 2022, winning World Car of the Year, World Electric Vehicle of the Year, and World Car Design of the Year. This success was followed by the Hyundai IONIQ 6 in 2023, which also secured the same three titles.

The Hyundai KONA Electric made a strong impression in 2023, earning the Auto Express Car of the Year award, and continuing its success in 2024 by winning WhatCar?’s Best Small Electric SUV for Families. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
