Dacia continues to redefine value and versatility in the UK automotive market, achieving remarkable success in 2024 with sales surging by nearly 10% to an all-time high of 31,704 vehicles.
A standout performer in the brand’s lineup, the seven-seat Dacia Jogger, saw an impressive 77% increase in sales compared to the previous year. Its family-friendly design and adaptability have clearly struck a chord with UK drivers.
Another milestone came in May 2024, when Dacia celebrated delivering its 100,000th Duster in the UK since the model’s debut in 2013. With the launch of the latest-generation Duster in November, the SUV’s popularity shows no signs of slowing. Even before arriving at UK retailers, the new Duster made history as the first Dacia to be shortlisted for Car of the Year 2025. Its rugged design and unbeatable value have already won over more than 2,500 buyers.
Adding to the excitement, Dacia entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of the Spring, priced at just £14,995. As the UK’s most affordable new electric car, the Spring is poised to make EV ownership more accessible than ever.
Looking ahead, Dacia is gearing up to shake up the C-SUV segment with the highly anticipated Bigster. Set to arrive in 2025, the Bigster promises to offer exceptional value while delivering all the practicality and features SUV buyers demand.
Luke Broad, Dacia Brand Director for the UK, shared his enthusiasm:
“There’s no denying that 2024 was an ace year for Dacia, but the best part is knowing more car owners are experiencing our robust, modern designs and fantastic value. We’re incredibly excited for 2025, especially with the Bigster set to bring Dacia’s signature magic to the large SUV market.”
With such an impressive track record and innovative models on the horizon, Dacia is firmly positioned as a leader in delivering value-packed vehicles for UK drivers.
