From MOT’s to oil changes our Nissan service department is at the ready to help resolve your car’s needs. Communication is something that the service department pride themselves on, and they ensure that you are kept informed every step of the way. From initial price enquiry, to any repairs that need to be made, we ensure that you know exactly what is going on so no nasty surprises or hidden charges can be expected. If any additional work does need to be carried out on your vehicle, our service department will make sure they contact you for your authorisation and you are aware of what is going on. Full quotation is always given at the start of your visit with us and our trained advisors will always break this down so you understand what the costs are.

Our Parts Team

Our Nissan parts department is at hand to deal with any parts enquiries you may have. They can offer guidance when purchasing parts from over the counter in the dealership, and with them accepting cash, card or over the phone payments purchasing your desired part couldn’t be easier. Our parts department has a wide variety of different items available to purchase from consumable products such as motor oil, antifreeze and brake fluid to your car’s accessories such as seat covers and floor mats. The team deliver parts across the country from Slough to the outskirts of London, Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire, supplying parts to different workshops and businesses. At Smiths we also have a group eBay account, dealing with all our franchised parts and delivering them across the world – to countries as far as Australia.

When your car is in with our service department and it may need any additional parts, our parts department is at hand to help supply the technicians with items they need and to ensure when your car is with us, the process is as smooth as possible.

Our History

Smiths Motor Group first started representing the Nissan brand in 2003 and after some extensive renovations, the striking new Nissan showroom and workshops opened formally in 2004. At the same time Smiths Motor Group head office relocated to specially designed offices above the Nissan showroom. Smiths Nissan was instantly striving to be at the forefront of automotive retail, they were chosen as one of the first waves of Nissan dealerships to be appointed to sell the Nissan Leaf upon the car's launch in 2010.

Today, Smiths Nissan continues to go from strength to strength. The growing and developing team continue to please their expanding customer base and Smiths Nissan now houses a total of 3 publicly accessible electric vehicle charging points. After a showroom redevelopment completed in 2019 the Nissan showroom maintains its position as the flagship dealership of Smiths Motor Group.
