Vauxhall Wins 'Best Family Car' at 2023 Business Car Awards

The Vauxhall Astra was honoured with the ‘Best Family Car’ award at the 2023 Business Car Awards. Additionally, Vauxhall’s website was recognised as the ‘Best Fleet Website’ at the same event held in London.

The Business Car Awards, held annually, acknowledge outstanding performance in the fleet market by spotlighting the top fleet cars across various categories. The Vauxhall Astra was commended by the judges for its cost-effective operation and striking design.

The Astra, available in hatch or Sports Tourer estate versions, offers petrol, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric options, catering to a broad range of requirements. Astra Electric, which produces zero emissions, is eligible for a Benefit-in-Kind rate of just 2% (2023/24), making it an ideal choice for fleet and business users. The Astra Electric will soon be accompanied by the Astra Sports Tourer Electric, expanding the electric options for Vauxhall customers.

Vauxhall’s website received accolades for its user-friendly design, which makes it easy for fleet users and decision-makers to understand how Vauxhall can fulfil their needs.

With the upcoming launch of the Astra Sports Tourer Electric, Vauxhall will offer six fully electric models in its passenger car range. This is in addition to being one of the few brands to provide a fully electric model across its Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) lineup. By 2024, Vauxhall plans to offer a fully electric version across its entire range, with the aim of becoming an exclusively electric brand by 2028.
