TopGear.com Crowns Hyundai IONIQ 5 N 'Best Car of the Year' 2023

Earning the prestigious 'Car of the Year' title at the Topgear.com Awards 2023, the IONIQ 5 N has left a significant impression and follows in the footsteps of the i20 N, which secured the same accolade in 2021.

Last July, the IONIQ 5 N made its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed where garnered widespread praise as an exciting choice for motorists looking to electrify their driving experiences on both road and track, and as a technological blueprint for the Hyundai N division’s EV future.

The vehicle includes a powertrain which delivers greater power output and enhanced performance in battery cooling and braking, and upgrades such as a strengthened steering column for improved feedback, Electronic Controlled Suspension that adapts suspension stiffness according to the drive mode, and a suite of sophisticated electronic control technology in the E-GMP platform.
