Local Driver's Feedback Sees Smiths Renault Awarded Prestigious "Driver Power - Dealer of Excellence" Status

Smiths Renault, Peterborough have started 2017 in true style by achieving the "Driver Power Award - Dealer of Excellence" by Groupe Renault UK – the UK operation of the French carmaker that encompasses the Renault and Dacia brands.

Smiths Renault is one of just 17 dealerships nationwide to win the prized accolade in the ‘Driver Power – Dealer of Excellence’ programme that is hosted by Renault UK and Auto Express magazine. The prestigious award is given to dealerships that excel at going the extra mile and is determined by customer feedback.

The dealership was originally nominated for the award after it exceeded Renault UK’s in-house Customer Satisfaction measures. Smiths Renault was then put throught an in-depth independent customer care evaluation by Driver Power, where it contacted customers directly to assess their experience of the dealership.

The award was presented to the dealership team by Stephen Jones, Area Manager Aftersales, in March 2017 (pictured above).

Established by Groupe Renault UK and Auto Express magazine at the end of 2015, the Driver Power Dealer of Excellence programme is an accreditation programme that seeks to identify, recognise and reward automotive dealerships that provide excellent customer service. It is backed by the expertise of more than a decade of conducting the annual Driver Power Survey, the UK’s largest independent automotive satisfaction study.
