Hyundai's N Vision 74 Concept Surprises Visitors at Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este 2023

Hyundai Motor Company made a remarkable debut at Italy's prestigious Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, unveiling its captivating N Vision 74 concept. Inspired by the iconic 1974 Pony Coupe Concept, this hydrogen fuel cell-hybrid 'Rolling Lab' from Hyundai's N brand showcases the company's commitment to a sustainable high-performance future.
The N Vision 74 represents a perfect blend of Hyundai's rich design heritage, state-of-the-art technology, and the emotional power of the N brand. Its unique hydrogen fuel cell hybrid architecture combines battery and hydrogen fuel cell systems, ensuring stable power output even in low state-of-charge conditions. With a quick five-minute recharge time, the N Vision 74 demonstrates its full potential as a high-performance Rolling Lab.
Powered by independent dual motors on the rear wheels, the N Vision 74 delivers an impressive 680 PS of power and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under four seconds. Its exceptional performance is made possible by an 85 kW hydrogen fuel cell stack at the front, a 62 kWh lithium-ion battery between the driver and the passenger, and two 2.1 kg hydrogen tanks at the rear, providing a driving range of nearly 600 km.
Before gracing the Concorso d'Eleganza, the N Vision 74 shared the spotlight with the restored Pony Coupe Concept at the Hyundai Reunion event, celebrating Hyundai's design legacy. With its bold presence at one of the world's premier showcases for classic and concept cars, Hyundai Motor perfectly melds its rich past with a visionary pursuit of sustainable performance technology, leaving a lasting impression on the automotive industry.
